Do my guests need an app?
No. They scan the code, their browser opens, they upload. Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
What quality are the photos?
Exactly what came off the phone. We store the original file and the ZIP contains originals, not web copies.
Can guests upload videos too?
Yes — photos and video, both in full quality, up to 500 MB per file.
Can I show the photos on a screen at the party?

How long are photos stored?
30 days on Free, 3 months on Premium, 6 months on Premium+. We email you before anything expires, twice.
Can I delete photos I don't want?
Yes, any of them, at any time, from your phone. Deleted means gone from the gallery instantly and from our servers within 24 hours.
Is it private?
Your event isn't listed, indexed, or searchable. Only people with the link or the code can see it, and you can switch the link off whenever you like.
